At approximately 3:30 p.m. today, Solomons Volunteer Fire Department was requested to provide mutual aid to St. Mary's County for a reported motor vehicle collision with possible entrapment on the St. Mary's side of the Thomas Johnson Bridge. Chief 10 was nearby and responded with Ambulance 37.
Chief 10 arrived on scene as the first fire department unit and began assessing patients in two different vehicles. All patients were evaluated, and one person accepted transport.
Chief 10 was the 1st arriving unit onscene of the MVC in St Mary's County.
