At 7:00 a.m. this morning, CALS and PFVFD were dispatched to provide mutual aid to St. Mary’s County for a reported house fire with people unaccounted for. M103, with PMIC Wahlgren, responded to the scene and assisted St. Mary’s County units in establishing a rehabilitation and EMS sector. Firefighters encountered heavy fire and severe hoarding conditions, which made both the fire attack and search operations more difficult. M103 remained on scene for approximately 30 minutes before being released by command.
