Calvert County EMS Blood Drive

Calvert County EMS will host its first blood drive on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will be held at the Calvert County Department of Public Safety at 110 Main Street in Prince Frederick, Maryland.

Blood donated during this event will support Calvert County EMS units in maintaining Southern Maryland’s only pre-hospital whole blood program. Since its introduction in November 2025, this program has helped save the lives of two Calvert County residents.
