CALS Assists with Pediatric Injured in a Long Fall

At approximately 1300 hrs todays date company 7 units and CALS were alerted for the report of a pediatric patient fallen down a flight of stairs. Chief10 and A78, E71 responded and were on scene within minutes of the call. EMS crews on scene evaluated the patient and determined that due to the height of the fall the and the patient presentation a pediatric trauma center evaluation would be required. The patient was transported to the LZ by A78 and then transferred to MSP Trooper 7 for the flight.
