CALS members assisted the Solomons Volunteer Rescue Squad and Fire Department with a couple of events today. First was a memorial motorcycle ride that runs through Solomons, CALS crews assisted in blocking certain intersections to protect the motorcycle riders as they made their way through the area. Later on in the evening CALS provided standby coverage for the Chris Young Concert at the Calvert Marine Museum. The concert is the first in a series of summer concerts that the Calvert Marine Museum have planned and CALS plans on assisting in providing a dedicated medic down in Solomons for most of them.
