On the evening of 3/27/2016 CALS and surrounding companies were dispatched to the intersection of Rt-4 and Rousby Hall Rd for the report of a vehicle overturned. As units were responding communications gave the update that a "truck" was overturned on top of a passenger vehicle. M102 (PMIC Tallman) was in the area and was the 2nd unit on scene. Rescue Lt.3 had arrived on scene first and confirmed no entrapment and that all subjects were out of the vehicle, and that the assignment was being held with Co.3 units only.
