CALS Member of the Month February 2015

CALS is pleased to announce that the member of the month for February 2015 is Kyle Seymour. Kyle has been very actively participating with various daily tasks at CALS. Kyle has stepped up as the department Membership Chairperson and has been working diligently with recruitment & Retention processes. Kyle volunteered to coordinate new member applications and has produced great success thus far with implementing a streamlined process for getting the applications completed. As a Paramedic with CALS, Kyle has consistently performed more than the required duty hours. Kyle has also filled potential open shifts in the schedule and covered last minute “Sick Calls”. Kyle has shown interest in proctoring new medics, and assisting them with the CALS familiarization process. Kyle has showed initiative by inquiring from the Chief and President if there were any “odds and ends” that we needed help with, and completed the projects expeditiously.

Kyle, THANK YOU!!!

- Chief Stanton & President Harris

This "Member of the Month" will enjoy many benefits associated with the privilege. The member of the month will Enjoy a Gift from a fine establishment, have a picture displayed in the Day room, be awarded a certificate of appreciation, will be featured in the newspaper, and be issued their own personal parking spot at CALS for the month.
Picking a member of the month is difficult due to the vast number of very dedicated members we have, but it is our goal to honor members for a job well done and make it known that we see "the work performed behind the scenes".
