CALS Provides Standby Medical Support at PyroJam 2025

On Saturday, August 23, spectators at PyroJam 2025 at Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum enjoyed an evening of live music, food, family activities, and a dazzling international fireworks competition. Behind the scenes, Calvert Advanced Life Support (CALS) partnered with the St. Leonard Volunteer Fire Department (SLVFD) and mutual aid companies to ensure the safety of thousands of attendees. With multiple land and marine units on site, including CALS’s M101 and M104, crews stood ready to provide rapid emergency response throughout the event. Their presence underscores CALS’s ongoing commitment to protecting the community during large-scale public gatherings.
