At approximately 1300 on Sunday units in the Prince Frederick we alerted for a report of a vehicle into a structure with structural collapse. CALS Medic 104 (J. Hiepler) responded from CALS and was one of the first units on scene along with other units from Co.4 and Co.2. Responders quickly assessed the situation and reported a total of 3 patients with only 1 requiring transfer to a trauma center. PA246 handled the priority 2 patient, while PMIC Hiepler assessed two other patients with the BLS units that were on scene. One patient was flown to a local trauma center while two other patients were transported to local facilities for further treatment.
