At approx 1800 units in the Southend were alerted for a report of a rescue reported serious in the area of the "State Park" on Rt-4. Units from Solomons (Co.3), St-Leonard (Co.7) and CALS (Co.10) marked up immediately and responded to the scene. M105 was in the area and arrived on scene first and immediately began assessing the patients. Chief 3 arrived on scene shortly after and assumed command and was informed that their were 4 patients total requiring EMS. EMS20 and CHF10 arrived simultaneously and began assisting units on scene. EMS20 was assigned the EMS group and worked with all the units to determine destination locations. In the end all 4 patients ended up requiring transport to area hospitals for further evaluation.
