On July 3rd and 4th members from CALS participated in fireworks displays on local waterways. On the 3rd members travelled to North Beach to assist the North Beach Volunteer Fire Department with a standby in the Chesapeake Bay. Then on the 4th CALS members were down in the Solomons area assisting the Solomons Volunteer Fire Department with their annual fireworks show in the Patuxent River. Boat 10 allows CALS members a unique opportunity to provide rapid ALS resources during water related events in and around Calvert County.
