Chief 10 was in the area and added himself to the call. Chief 10 arrived on scene first with CCSO units and reported a two vehicle T-bone style accident with heavy intrusion on a passenger car and two patients laying on the ground beside the passenger car. Chief10 began assessing the patients with the help of the crew from A48 and requested additional ALS units. Chief 10 and A48 focused their initial care on a pediatric patient with a possible unstable pelvic injury and a fractured femur. Squad 7 and A77 arrived soon after and took over care of the second patient. Command was established by Chief 7A and M105 responded as the second medic bringing PMIC's J.Bonner and F.
